Basic EFT “Tapping” for Physical Pain

This video is designed to utilize the basics of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to reduce physical pain. Chronic physical pain and tension play a major role in chronic stress and can hinder our activities of daily living. For most of us it can become a burden to manage. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) are powerful and effective tools to reduce physical pain when flareups arise, making pain management more accessible in the moment. Although pain can seem to be completely physical, research shows that pain always has mental and emotional components. When these components are addressed, pain can be significantly reduced and allow our bodies to initiate healing.
