Experiencing grief is a necessary part of life and hits us each differently. It is a natural response to loss and the emotional suffering we feel when something or someone we love is taken away. The pain of loss can often feel overwhelming. When grief is ongoing and becomes one of our default emotions, it can severely impact our quality of life and the amount of pleasure we feel in our lives. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) can be used to process feelings of grief in its many layers and allow access to feelings of ease and acceptance. In this video, you will be guided on using EFT acupressure tapping to reduce feelings of grief and related emotions. Tapping on these specific acupressure points while tuning in to each emotion you are experiencing is a technique that you can use in real time when feelings of grief seem overbearing.
